I’ve been bingeing on pumpkin and pumpkin-like spices  recently.

Today I made these pumpkin oat muffins.  I used whole wheat flour and with only 1/4 cup of oil and 1/2 cup of brown sugar, they’re relatively healthy for muffins!  And They.  Are.  Amazing.  I will definitely be making them again and I encourage you to try them too.  Don’t leave off the topping, it’s especially delicious.
